The ice cream was deli , of course, but the 3 scoop was the same size as the 2 scoop...

The size is absolutely outrageous I already have small hands yet you can still see how absolutely small the ice cream is, no where near worth the money and it was supposed to be two scoops, this was at best one sad small scoop

Over $20 for "two scoops" that was equivalent to 1/2 scoop of icecream

This tiny 4 oz ice cream cup you see in my hand? This was SIXTEEN DOLLARS. I have never felt so ripped off by a restaurant.
Let's do some math:
The same Ben & Jerry's location sells a pint of ice cream for $16 (either prepackaged or fresh-scooped.) Still expensive, but at least a pint is a lot of ice cream.
Yet, a 4 oz Sundae is $16. This means that Ben & Jerry's values an ounce of hot fudge, an ounce of whipped cream and an ounce of sprinkles at $12. Ridiculous.
So, they assign far greater value to the toppings than they do their ice cream. $1/oz for ice cream and $4/oz for a topping.
With how they are ripping people off, I guess I agree with them that the value of their product is low.

Tiniest two scoops in a one scoop cup, no spoons, looks nothing like the picture, tastes ok.
