This food was healthy and delicious. I tried two chicken dishes and the waygu beef. All were fantastic but the chicken is obviously more economical and really good as well. Great value. The chopotle sauce was best, then the balsamic. Ill be ordering again and dropping by. Great restaurant!

I love this place so much, the food is not only super delicious but the portions are epic, designed for some leftovers for sure. The flavors are so bold and beautifully balanced, especially with the lemon thyme sauce. I added chicken to this (V) Chickpea & Potato Hearty Bowl but I will confidently say this is very filling and hearty even without the chicken . Best part is not feeling the least bit guilty when I want to eat more, because it's all so good for you. Please never leave Seattle! Also bless yall for these prices! Healthy eating has never been this accessible, no joke. It is actually cheaper for a meal bowl here than a standard combo meal at a fast food restaurant.

I've placed several orders from Ben's Fast Food (most often the Chicken Hearty Bowl or Chicken Mixed Bowl), and they never miss! The price is also extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. 10/10 recommend.
