• DoorDash orderWe adored every that we ordered. Our food was cooked to perfection and the staff could not have been more thoughtful or communicative. We wanted to try everything on the menu, so decision-making was the hardest part of ordering for us. Thecalmond pretzel was a pure delight. We are ho-hum about almonds and kept going back and forth about ordering this pretzel until the last minute. The last minute decision to order it was wise. It was one of the highlights of our meal. Yum!
One issue we did have with ordering stemmed from the lack of pull down menus for drinks. Drinks come with the meals and can be ordered in separate categories, but the only identifying drinks were lemonade or hot drinks. We had to call the store with questions about juices and pops. We also did not know the pretzels came with dips, as this is not on the Door Dash page for this restaurant. The store kindly reached out to us after we ordered and set our order right.
If we were not traveling and lived in the area, we would be regulars at Ben's Soft Pretzels. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with the staff or the fabulous food.
