I always stop here before work to buy my lunch, and never had any major issue with food quality a few times my smoked wings were too dried out but I still love them, when their food is fresh it is amazing. Haven't been by in a few months, Today I DoorDashed because I'm not feeling well and ordered 2 salads and the Cajun Turkey was full of dark brown lettuce, I had to put it down the disposal, I know lettuce browns some but this was every piece and it was just gross, for $13.59 that was a huge disappointment.

This is the ONLY true authentic Cajun food restaurant in Shreveport/Bossier City. Any other places calling themselves Cajun are cheap imitation knock offs.

Cracklins tasted good, but not sure if the amount justifies the price. Once I rec'd the bag, I couldn't believe I paid that much. Sorry, that is just my honest opinion because I could have gotten 2 steaks for that price. :-(

I think they have the best bbq sandwich in town!! I thought it was fat but it's onions in the mix so awesome!!
