This place has excellent food and service! Their rolls are also soft and hot! Love it.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. The pasta was overcooked, the polpette were tastless and there was only a few tablespoons of sauce on top. Then I had a cookie slightly bigger than an oreo for $5.95

The pasta is bland; plain and simple literally. Once I seasoned it with my own personal seasonings, I can now say it's good but as someone whos never had Bertucci's and has been to authentic Italian restaurants, this is extremely disappointing and not worth the money as you can pay $5 dollars and get something you dont even need add anything to.

The Tuscan Chicken Wings (8) were good per usual. They never miss. The Chicken Parmesan chicken was a little burnt but it was still eatable.

The $22 Mac & Cheese was separated, had no taste, and was rubbery. Seemed like it had been poorly reheated. The pizza was good, but despite calling to ensure rolls would be included in the order and being told, "every order comes with rolls," no rolls were included. Very disappointed with this order.
