Chai Tea Latte with oat milk is the absolute best! 3 Seed Avocado is my favorite thing to eat!! My orders are always perfect and always taste out of this world. You can't go wrong here.

First time I had a hot matcha latte (so usually just get iced) and I loved it! Plus first time trying the bacon ciabatta sandwich and it's was soooo yummy, I ended up adding avocado and tomato and great choice!

Everything was absolutely delicious! The açaí bowl, zucchini bread, croissant, and muffin were mouth watering. And the best drink ever and lavender tea latte were heavenly. This place knows their stuff!
