Betty Noodles is a total hidden gem—seriously, this place is amazing! It’s been around for over a decade, and once you take your first bite, you’ll know exactly why. The food is crazy good—packed with bold Asian flavors that hit just right. I’m obsessed with their Super Sichuan Noodle Soup (so spicy and flavorful!) and their new Hot & Sour Dumpling Soup—wow, just wow.
Their stir-fried dishes? Absolutely drool-worthy. Everything is cooked to perfection and tastes super fresh. And don’t even get me started on the noodles—so chewy, so tasty, SO good. Every dish I’ve had here has been a winner. If you’re in Santa Cruz and haven’t tried Betty Noodles yet, you are seriously missing out!

not the best quality as I've had from Betty's in the past. the peanut noodles were kind of bland and the sauce was way too thin. couldve used more peanut butter in the sauce maybe...?
the kimchi fried rice was overpowered by chili paste but had no dimension. fried egg was from a miniature chicken (unlike the normal sized fried egg pictured on the menu) would not order those items again for the price.

pho was on point, noodles and fixing separated so I could put together at home, so yummy, my son said his pad thai was the best! we love Betty's noodles and appreciate the care they put into the packages sent for us who can't eat out! boba,was cold and fresh! the boba could have been a bit softer but can't complain!

Hands down my favorite comfort food spot. If you're looking to have some noodle soup on a rainy day this is the place. Definitely doesn't compare to what's over the hill but for Santa Cruz they are pretty good. Best for non picky eaters & non-Asian food snobs. Highly recommend the curry soup with wheat noodles and their beef pho.
