Burgers were sloppy and undercooked, I had to put them in the air-fryer to cook as the meat was still very pink. If my 3 year old wasn't so hungry I would have asked for a new order. Plus I'm pregnant and anything raw or undercooked poses a huge risk to my pregnancy. I've never had issues with this Betty's before.

Make sure you double check your order. Ordered a couple of deluxe burgers and one of them came with just the bun with a fried egg and sauce and nothing else. Quite disappointing as we drove over an hour to get there as a birthday treat. However burgers are usually excellent there. And the chocolate thickshake is the best.

Burger was missing beetroot & tomato & everything was cold. The PB thick shake was good. Very disappointing.
