I love the way they season their patties....it's what separates a bland fast food burger from a good Bungalow burger.

I ordered bacon cheese fries and they literally put three pieces of bacon on top of the fries. They didn't even put the cheese. I asked for jalapeños on the burger and didn't get those either. At least the burger is seasoned well

Fried Chicken Sandwich and House Cheeseburger were awes but the fries were hard, cold, and tasted old. The problem is that the fries were for my baby which was the reason i even ordered. Each order should be just as fresh as the 1st!

The food was not anything like what I ordered. The fries were completely mediocre. I drove to the store to get my money back and the girl behind the counter was extremely rude. She asked me to throw my food away because I didn't want to keep the food and when I walked away she told me to do her a favor and never come back. Trash service with trash food. Never ever eat here.
