First time it was so good,next time it was too oily

The food quality was good, but service was very poor. The food was ordered at 9 and had ETA of 40 min but arrived at 10:48 PM. Hence I took those stars away, customer experience should be given importance.

The food is on point but the packaging was real bad. My bag gave off and spilled all the food. Reinforce the bags! or double bag it when the package is heavy.
