Chicken was hard and terrible, like it sat out all day. Forgot my husbands Kimchi, which is his favorite. My bowl had more purple rice than other toppings. Very disappointing. The Bibibop located off Feedwire Rd. is better than the 725 location. This is the 2nd time the Kimchi was forgotten and the 2nd time the chicken was terrible.

I want to love this place, but my food was (once again) cold and although I had ordered 2x broccoli, I had zero broccoli. Tried calling Bibibop (locally) to share my displeasure, only to get some corporate voicemail...when I dialed "2" to get to a customer sevice, I got a voicemail recording stating that the mailbox was full, and then I was hung up on. Not impressed!

In person BIBIBOP is amazing. But my BIBICUP did not go past the halfway point in my cup. I thought they forgot everything but it was just not worth the price at all. Everything in it was also ice cold. :(

We got two BOWLS with chicken and all veggies! Absolutely delicious and BOWLS were huge! Enough for lunch and dinner!
