Everything was very hot when delivery! Pepper Steak smelled and taste amazing. General Tso's Chicken (Hot & Spicy) was spicy but not too much and taste awesome as well. Gyoza (6pc)(Japanese Dumpling) and the sauce so good we wished we had ordered two. Bamboo Fusion is never disappointing!! Thank you! If you haven't tried it you should!!

First time ordering. Loved the Chicken and Shrimp Pad Thai, California roll and fried Gyoza! Pad Thai had plenty of shrimp and chicken. Nicely seasoned. Not too hot with just enough spiciness. A piece of Chicken or shrimp with every bite was beyond special. Can't wait to try other options from the Big Bamboo!

I would give 5 stars because typically I love this place but unfortunately when they do Togo orders they like to be skimpy on portion size. I asked for thicker slices of salmon on my salmon don bowl and received 1/8in thick slices that were best described as skimpy. Please do better by your customers a 18 dollar salmon don bowl should come with more than 3oz of salmon sliced into 10 small pieces ....

huge chunks of lettuce sticking out my shrimp tempura roll. the roll itself was 90% vegetables with a tiny little bit of shrimp. it tasted like salad not sushi. also for price the salmon roll shouldnt have been shredded salmon the texture was awful. but my salmon roll for shrimp tempura was 90%lettuce which ive never seen at all on a shrimp tempura roll. also rolls were falling apart. just not a good sushi experience at all and im a sushi lover.
