"ultimate baker" is not a baked potato, despite what the picture shows. It is instant mashed potatoes wrapped in foil with scant, sub-standard toppings. The one thing i expect from something called a baked potato is a baked potato. The brisket is chewy and fatty, the 3 pieces of sausage weren't even sliced all the way through so it was one sausage accordian, and the potatoes came from a box and the mac and cheese was tasteless and hard. Could have made this for $10 at the grocery store in the deli isle. I'm disappointed that this place was recommended and its an embarrassment to bbq.

Found a piece of plastic wrap in one of the brisket casseroles. There was also a huge chunk of fat inside the casserole. This was my first and last order from this place.

The food arrived ice cold because I placed the order earlier for a scheduled delivery. They made the food then instead of waiting for the scheduled time to make and deliver it. My 110 bucks worth of food sat out for 2 hours and they store admitted it.. I called the store and was told I would receive a refund but they never did. Do not waste your money on this place. Awful service and even worse follow through with correcting their mistakes. The only thing good was the actual door dasher, he got our ice cold potatoes here in a jiff!

I ordered here a while back and food was ICE COLD, Apparently, they prepared the order two hours prior when I had placed the order for later. I had to throw it away. I called and the manager admitted what happened and promised to refund and I never got it. Spent over a hundred bucks on horrible food and even worse customer service.
