Very good, thick gluten free crust. It's thicker than their normal crust, so extra sauce next time would take it to the next level with better topping/crust ratio

Food tastes great however the size of the pizza verses the price is truly absurd! You can get great pizza at a handful of establishments that charge the true value of the amount of food. Seems Big City should reevaluate their pricing tier.

Dasher william was awesome and did the job well. Big city had great Chicago style pizza, but the heartache sub was incredibly bad. Mushy bread, and too many bacon bits. It was just plain bad, but big city was good otherwise.

Love the food here but the wings need to be sauced- not put a little cup of sauce on the side. Or give the option to sauce or on the side.

Will need to ring out, pat dry, and bake pizza upon delivery.
Usually enjoy this pizza but the last couple times I've had to finish cooking it for them. There is standing grease on the pizza and bottom of box.
Can't say I've ever seen this much grease on any pizza I've had.
