Big Heng's is consistently one of the best Chinese restaurants on the West side of the valley. From Egg Fu Yung, Mu Shu Shrimp, Orange and Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein, and Pot Stickers, every dish is made with quality ingredients and is absolutely delicious.

Kung Pao Chicken was lacking chicken. it was mainly celery and zucchini. it was also lacking flavor which isn't common for this place.

House Special Chicken comes with the sauce on the side tomain to crispiness of the chicken. Withor without the sauce the chicken is delicious the sauce is savory and delicious too. The Chicken Lo Meinis delicious as is the House Fried Rice. Orders do not come with soy sauce but neither of the two orders I've placed have needed any.
