First time ordering from Big Mama's. Truly impressed the food was hot, packaged with care and very tasty. The portions were large and even the half order of biscuits and gravy was huge. Would recommend 5* and we'll be ordering again. The Country Fried Skillet fried skillet was really good. Only suggestion I'd like onions with mine. Just a personal opinion. But it was still very good.

First time ordering here, food was bland with frozen deep fried potatoes complemented with a 2 oz fried steak for 25 dollars, although the eggs were fine I won't "t order breakfast from them again.

I ordered a meat breakfast. Got 2 sausage patties, scrambled eggs, potato rings, and 2 pieces toast. I arrived and the parking lot was sooo full. Went in and the line was soooo long. I walked around the corner and asked a waitress who was literally doing nothing if she could get my order and shes like no you have to go to the front, while shes standing there doing nothing. Ok. So i go stand in line, im there like 5-7mins maybe. Finally get to the front and its all thrown in a bag. I asked if theres ketchup and jelly in the bag. She said yes and showed me. There was only 2 smsll ketchup packets and 1 jelly. I just moved here and dont have not went to the store, so i had none of that at home. The eggs were not very good, they had some sort of liquid and the sausage was very burnt and chewy. Half of the potato rings were soggy from the liquid stuff from the eggs and the toast had hardly any butter on it. Awful food and rude waitress.

Food is delicious! I have been looking for a breakfst place like I had back in RI and I think I found it!
The only suggestion I would make is to fix the online ordering options . I ordered the western omelet and it asked to pick 3 sides. One side option listed the potatoes or hash browns and the other 2 listed breads and a biscuit and the 3rd side option listed different breads and again a biscuit. You couldn't move forward without selecting one option in all 3 as they were required. I said welp carbs it is and selected a biscuit and sourdough toast. Since I selected a biscuit, I got the sausage gravy because who wouldn't? When I got the order, I just got sourdough toast for the meals and the gravy still came. It smells delicious and I will have to make biscuits to have with sausage gravy tomorrow. The portions are HUGE and can be split into 2 meals or shared. Thank you for making a delicious breakfast!
