the dinners were delicious! the fried chicken was crispy and still very hot. the seasoning on the catfish was perfect and both dinners were big portions. the candied yams were amazing, very authentic taste according to my husband who grew up on them. Potato salad was delicious, collard greens very tasty and excellent coleslaw. the catfish came with cornbread that was the best I've ever had.

Fries were soggy and tasted like they were unsalted french fries from McDonald’s. Collard greens are way too salty. Barbecue ribs were pretty good but it was cold and some pieces were dry. Mac and cheese was decent but cold. Sides were very small portions for $6. Was looking forward to trying this place out but overall disappointing.

This has to be the best barbecue in buffalo! This was my first time ordering here and I am not disappointed. The Barbecue rib dinner was delicious. It had a nice kick to the sauce and it was so flavorful. The potato salad was probably the star of the meal. It was so good and made perfectly. The greens, Mac and cheese and candied yams was so good too. You have to order here!

I ordered 3 orders of steak egg rolls 1 order has 3 in them with one sauce. 9 steak egg rolls in total and only 1 sauce they sent me!! Minus door dash fees tax and surcharge, I spent 56.00 and got one sauce. Mind you the rolls are fire, but do better hustle and soul!

Honestly the best take out soul food I've had in the Buffalo area everything tastes like it's made from scratch no canned vegetables and you can taste the love. This place is the first place I've ordered from on door dash that I've actually enjoyed and will definitely be ordering again, found my new go to food spot. The ribs and chicken where so tender and everything was seasoned.
