Nothing better than Ribs and Brisket to celebrate birthday week. Starting it off right with fall off the bone ribs and the best tasting brisket in town.
Carolina Tangy Mustard BBQ sauce and House Sweet BBQ sauce are wonderful. Ribs are large and the brisket is cut about 1/4 thick so you make a sandwich if you want. The picture is my leftovers for tomorrow's
lunch and dinner 🤤😋

I had an exceptional meal from Big Rigs BBQ. The Texas Brisket was masterfully prepared, tender, and fell apart with remarkable perfection, showcasing the skill and dedication of the pitmasters. The Sliced Pork Belly was an absolute standout, ranking among the finest I’ve ever tasted, with its exquisite flavor and texture. Big Rigs BBQ sets an extraordinary standard for barbecue excellence.

Absolutely LOVED the cornbread!!
I could have eaten a 9x13 of it! Lol
It was light and fluffy with great flavor and texture
Mac and cheese was great!
Ribs had great flavor, but were too fatty for my preference, but thats no fault of the business---they cant control the pigs 😊

I finished eating my sliced pork belly before I realised that I had to take a pic of my food . However I loved every single bite of the pork belly burnt ends.... it was not dry , season with eve I wanted and tasted like heaven. As for the Keilbasa, I dont even know where to start. I love how cheesy and spicy it was. Big Rigs is def my to go place .

This is the seond time we've ordered from Big Rig. I find myself wondering why the baby back rib and the brisket don't automaticlly come with some kindof sauce? they are very dry without any kind of sauce. the meat has flavor on its own. Lots of flavor. But we love bbq sauce. Maybe you have to request it? that seems absurd. For 8oz of brisket, and a half rack of baby back ribs 3 sides, one bun and some corn bread, our bill was $95.00, including fees and a generous tip. Suggestion: Always offer some kind of sauce with the ribs and brisket. They both would be enjoyed much more! have to say, ovrall kind of disappointing. We are on the fence as to whether we will give this restaurant a third try. My husband gave this 2.5 stars. I gave it 3.Why such a low ratng ? For a $95.00 dinner for two, I'd really like to have been "wowed" and we were not. Not by a longshot.
