The fish is good but french fries(chips) are Awfull! So over cooked they're like eating leather! They're hardly edible! Only got 2 tarter sauces for eight pieces of fish and I paid for them to be extras! Never got horrible fries from Big Y B4. What's happening there?

Wish it were crispy. I called the store to ask for them to cook well because last time I ordered it was undercooked and slimy.

The chicken wings were so dry we couldn't eat them
They were either very old or microwaved to reheat them. Just disgusting. Also, I ordered BBQ wings, which arrived plain with a cup of BBQ sauce on the side.
