The drinks are always good from here. Only took off a star for not covering the top of the drink with a safety seal.

usually love them, have ordered every weekend this year. recently my orders have been incorrect. wrong sized 24oz - BigFoot Extreme Chocolate coming in a 16oz cup 3 times now, and missing the cream and sugars in 24oz - Drip Coffee and Americanos also 3 or 4 times.
not sure if new employee or new policies, but it's making me want to go elsewhere. (morning weekend orders)

my 16oz - White Mocha was still pretty warm when I received it but it really just tastes like sweet milk, hardly any coffee taste except a subtle aftertaste of burnt shots. not the end of the world but def not the best white mocha I've had

Theres gooey floaties on the bottom. Not sure if it's bad batch of redbull or the flavoring but it doesn't look appetizing. Bigfoots usually really good but this time wasn't so great.

Always the best in every where! Everett people are always give great service and spot on! When you go in-person they will customize or make to order but my favorite is when they put out the monthly specials!
