this biggby's employees do a great job with orders and the jack o lantern latte iced is amazing

Drink wasn't mixed and chunky. Bagel was thrown together. Cream cheese was globbed in center only and very little. Untoasted and tasted like it was zapped in a microwave for a minute. Will not be ordering again. Worst experience of an order from a Biggby I have ever had.

everything was good with the driver, but bigby made drinks incorrect. I ordered 1 frozen, 1 iced tropic w extra 1 extra zip in both drinks.
I got two frozen drinks with "extra sour" instead of zip.... so the only thing right in my $25 order was one of the drinks was frozen. Through the drive through, ONLY, just recently ive had 2 out 5 times, where my order was correct, but this is a recent thing, bc I went there for a year before this with getting my "frozen tropic w extra zip" right for a year. Just lately, it's not frozen or it's got sour instead of zip.... just little things. I know we all make mistakes. Just it's definitely a recent new thing that's happening quite a bit now.
