the bagel was delicious and same for the drinks. The muffin was dry as heck though

Red Bull® Mocktail this is the 2nd time I've ordered my drink frozen and recieved it iced instead as well as the past two times I ordered my frozen hot cocoa it came with no whip cream.

hate this store, wish door dash would quit adjusting which store they pick up from. I love in cedar they should pick up in cedar. Rockford Biggby is the worst and my order tastes terrible as always. please teach your employees how to make them right, in 6 years we've never once had a correct order from this location. y'all are just not training anyone correctly and it shows.
