My drink arrived as ordered but it makes me uneasy that they do not cover the drinking spout and tape down the lid like every other place with drinks.

Forgetting to include one of 2 coffees is a big fail! Pay attention and don't omit a nearly $7.00 coffee!Sweet Foam Caramel Cold Brew missing.

It was not like the picture, there was no whipped cream on the drink and it did not taste like it tasted like coffee it was the 2nd time I tried Bixby and I won't try them again Very disappointed
