When ordering in-person, I am always asked if cream cheese is ok on my bragel. They are made that way normally so the question always seems redundant to me but, some people may not know it comes that way and may not like it so it's fine. I always get a reasonable amount of cream cheese then. Not a lot, just a thin layer. However, Every. Single. Time. I order online, I get so little cream cheese that it more resembles the amount you would see if you put cream cheese on the bagel and then scraped it off as much as possible. The main reason I order the Egg & Cheese Bragel from BIGGBY and not somewhere else is because I love cream cheese on it. For this order, I decided to go ahead and pay the addition charge for "extra cream cheese". However, I was still given so little. Just a tiny bit more than I normally get when ordering online but, still, barely anything especially considering I paid extra money for what should equate to a a thick smear. Disappointed. On another note, their lattes are always good. I tried a new one today that I haven't had before, the Buttercup Latte. Sweet but not too much like some others.

As always, Biggby did amazing. This location has never let me down in quality of the product or service. You may be asking "What service?" since this was a Doordash order. Allow me to explain. While placing my order, I didn't know what breve was and couldn't find half and half on the list of milk based add-ons. I called the store and found out from the employee that breve is half and half (go figure lol). The employee even watched for my specific order to allow me to have the half and half put on the side although they don't have the individual little containers like some restaurants do. All in all, I would give this employee and al. the others 50/5 stars because they're all legendary. You all rock! Be proud 😊

Ordered multiple times no issue but today was all bad paid $9 for an iced drink and got this horrible coffee and the bagel i got literally one piece of ham. Not pleased today at all

I should not have to add my own milk and sugar to a coffee I paid $6.50 for! Got a Caramel Marvel iced latte and it tasted like black coffee with a dash of almond milk. The begal I ordered was great though!

I got the caramel waffle cone latte and it was very good. Sandwich was very good as well. Bagel sandwiches are bigger than a lot of breakfast spots.
