The coffee is always great, but the bagels have repeatedly been super tough and hard to bite into and chew.

Usually always hit or miss. When we ordered today, none of the coffees were labeled with what kind they were so we had to try to guess what was what. They all had stickers with my name on it, which is fair because the orders were all under my name, but the type of drink would have been better. One of the coffees was incorrect and hot instead of cold this time as well, unless my coworker accidentally forgot to hit cold. But, I can at least confirm mine tastes really good! I also don't usually get food here anymore because as much as the bagels sound delicious, every time I get them here they are burnt to the point of being inedible and I can't chew through part of them.

what are the Bagel & Cream Cheese paid for extra cream cheese when my order came there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel at all it was mostly dry

My ham and cheese on asagio bagel was hot and tasty. The decaf coffee was a little bitter.
