Ive gotten both before, multiple times. Very good items for the morning / afternoon. I would order this again! The portion is as it would be in the store, and the hot chocolate came hot, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Creme Freeze came cold and without any issue.

I ordered the Frozen Wild Zebra I've never gotten it before and it was FIRE.i added a half cookie in it. My Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bragel was warm and still delicious. I added ham because im a fien for some good ham. overall delicious. my 16 oz Frozen Wild Zebra was the perfect size for me!

Super slow (more than an hour late) and 24oz Lattes were literally only half full - the foam didn't even come up near the top, and when I poured it into my heated cup, it hit the 16oz mark.

Love Biggby, but wow, this was one of the worst orders I've ever had. ordered an extra shot and light flavor on the Salted Mocha Caramel Latte and it's basically just flavored milk, can't taste any coffee whatsoever, even with an extra shot. the bagels on the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bragel and Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bragel don't seem to be toasted at all, so they're almost gummy soft. just a major letdown all the way around, not sure what's going on today.
