The food is great but the few times I've ordered from here there has been missing items and sauces.

You forgot my ribs on my first order. You should have prioritized my order on behalf of your mistake. Ribs were very fatty but really good otherwise. It was worth the wait.

I love most of the food but over half of the chips in my 2 orders of Chips were burnt...not delicious...did you serve burnt chips at the restaurant or just sent it to the delivery orders who would be stuck with them?
