Bird's Nest is my favourite Japanese in Brisbane (of the non-ramen variety). Food is consistently fresh, well prepared and delicious. Special mention to the chicken wing yakitori, cabbage salad & Tori Chazuke- all elite.

Great flavour and i enjoy it. Presentation could be more better. Expected shredded cabbage and not regular leafy salad. I add on ontama and notice they spread it on my rice making me thinking theres no any add on.
