The truffle Mac n Cheese is melt in your mouth marvelous! Hands down my favorite thing on the menu. The crab cakes with the salsa and aioli is a new level of delicious. My son enjoyed the sliders, so juicy. We enjoy everything on the menu at Birks. 10/10

12 oz prime rib was a good cut--It had ample meat without the unwanted grizzly fat All the sides and fixings came as ordered--which was nice.

Excellent flavor and cooked to perfection. I was expecting mediocre because of travel time and it cooling off. This steak did NOT disappoint!
