Packed each tortilla with meat. But for a mini quesadillia I dont think i saw any cheese in it, but i honestly didnt mind because it was delicious. The broth was also well flavored. Just wished they double stacked each with tortilla since it quickly became soggy and almost everything fell out. Still 10/10

The 3 Birria Red Tacos were so good. They were prepared on time and when it arrived it had hot sauce and consome on the side so they dont get soggy. Overall very delicious!
