Food was good. Nice packaging. Especially for the ice cream which comes in a sealed personal cup. Hickory Brisket And Bacon Burger* hardly had any Brisket on there! But the flavor was still pretty good, and the burger patty temp was spot on. Will order from BJs again

Comes with huge servings of individually packaged ice yet done somehow it is still super soft and creamy! All of the cookies and desserts we're still hot and cones with all the toppings! Perfect for a late night craving

Half & Half Deep Dish - Large with 5 meat and Hawaiian was terrible. Especially the 5 meat side. Is dry with no tomato sauce at all. The dough is so overcooked and dried. The quality is absolutely terrible and it cost more than round table pizza. This is a disgrace. The Onion Rings batter was so thick and wasn't cooked through. I feel like I'm eating a kid's first time cooking.

First time ordering from BJ's ever. Nice thick burger was delicious. But I was particularly delighted with the arugula mozzarella and tomato salad which was my main reason for ordering from them. I'm saving the fried Mozzarella Sticks for later. Very happy and satisfied with everything and will definitely be a repeat customer. Great burger and salad!

Salad was great. However I paid for extra avocado but only found two tiny pieces (half-inch by half-inch). Also, this was the third-party pick up and delivery , and the bag was not properly sealed (only ends were taped leaving food exposed & easily accesible). It's happened before multiple times . I called the restaurant and spoke with Evan, shared my concern for safety & sanitation. He said that's their standard practice. A disappointing answer. Clearly food safety & sanitation is not a priority with deliveries. I will reconsider ordering food from BJ's.
