hadn't had Black bear in awhile decided to treat myself something told me pick hashbrowns but I went with potatoes and they were hard asked for over easy got over hard(fried) sausage links werent same fat ones they use to have bacon was not cooked pancakes syrup and butter was delicious

Beware, sometimes the Double Cheeseburger will come with only one patty. This was the third time in a row it has happened to me. I think I will take the lesson and start ordering only the Single Cheeseburger.

This sandwich was on burnt bread with the burned side hidden inside. A bit of the crust was black. The bread slice was tiny and not the normal size for a sandwich but more like from the end of the loaf of toast bread. One of the lettuce pieces didn't look fresh.. Normally I'm very happy with the BLTs from here but this was terrible. I tasted burnt bread instead of the sandwich. I would have sent it back if I were dining in or asked to speak with the manager...which is something I hardly ever do.

The 10 oz New York Steak & Eggs steak was mostly tough n not juicy at all! The hashbrowns n eggs were cooked very nicely!!!
