I normally love blackrock. But lately, whether I go there in person or order delivery, they always do this. I get 1/3 - 1/2 of an empty cup. This is ridiculous.

Had the organic Mai Thai flavor energy drink. It was painfully bitter until I mixed the pure grenadine in at the bottom. That helped the flavors a bit, but it is still very bitter.

Always amazing coffee so I decided to try the potatoes Egg, Potato & Veggie Burrito, it was really good but the sirscha sour cream was extremely liquidy and bland, I was not a fan of that part lol

ordered a mocha ice coffee and got cinnamon. husband said the hot coffee leaves a very nasty after taste. first time ordering from here and will never order again
