The Iced Eggnog Latte was delicious, if a little on the thick side. The whipped cream, however, was a little unpleasant. Taste was fine, but the texture was very strange as if someone had added cornstarch.

The Banana Bread (GF/V) was horrible...was not a fan at all. But the bagel was good and I could do that! I want to try the donut but im afraid now that I've experienced the Banana Bread (GF/V).

My coworkers and I have ordered from Black Rock multiple times and always been pleased. However the past two times they have messed up our order. The first time was one wrong coffee and this most recent time both coffees were hot and wrong instead of iced like we had ordered. I’m extremely disappointed and now fear ordering from them.
