The Black family has been actively serving the barbecue community for over three generations, originally making a name for themselves at the Black's BBQ family-owned restaurant in Lockhart, Texas.
Pork ribs had almost no meat with silver skin still intact. The lean brisket had a a cap of unrendered fat.

I ordered the Chopped Brisket Sandwich, Bean and ColeSlaw. The sandwich was very very very very greasy, with no flavor at all; I was disappointed greatly, since they seem to have such good reviews. The beans were your regular ole pinto beans. the slaw was good. the sweet tea was good also....

There brisket is beyond be good but so is the Green Beans and everything. Love this place.
