This was my first time patronizing this business.
They did seem to have a designated area for pickups, but they don't utilize it apparently. I stood for a good bit before the young woman asked whose order I was there to pick up. The Pesto Garlic Cheesy Bread was good, but I was not given my two sauces indicated in my order. The White Top (11-inch) pizza was good as well. I did not receive the S'more Pie because they said they were out. They gave me a brownie instead. But , I would not have gotten that if I hadn't spoken up because it was not included with my items and neither of the servers mentioned it was not included in my order for said reason.
Overall, the food I received was actually pretty good. But, the customer service was very suspect. The servers behind the counter at pickup seemed pretty flustered.

The high rise crust was totally raw in the middle and not cooked thoroughly on the outside. The cheesy bread was drenched in chopped garlic with a pinch of pesto and totally burnt.

Not sure if I would order again. Not very tasty/ flavored and you can bearly feel the taste the toppings of pizza.
The sauce for salad was half full
