No idea why they have a "cook well done" button when no one ever cooks my pizza well done. They hardly ever put enough cheese to even cover the sauce when I order 3 different types of them. My wife's pizza was doughy and not cooked all the way through. The ingredients were haphazardly tossed on top, with large chunks of them on a single slice and nothing on the other pieces.
On top of all of that, drowned my wife's pizza in so much sauce that it leaked through the box and got all over the place. If you really crave having undercooked veggies and meat on flattened dough maybe you'll enjoy this place but we're so sick of it.

The pizza toppings were very little and spread unevenly such that one of the pizza slices was just bread without even cheese.

Simple Pie (11-inch): was great like always just wish the cheese covered all the sauced areas.
Caesar Entrée Salad: unfortunately the lettuce was brown and wilted. As a nurse, my salad is a big deal for me and I just couldn't eat it.

We love blaze pizza and it's always great however the pizza was a little burnt so the crust was bitter. We ordered late as well so maybe it was just an off day but overall we never have any complaints!
