I have Celiac's Disease and Blaze offers good alternative crusts for those of us who can no longer enjoy wheat products. The cauliflower crust is verygood and isn't burnt. I've not had a bad reaction after having eaten their pizzas.

Always love blaze, this one was particularly burnt and an abundance of olives and less of everything else. But, still fine.

We love Blaze Pizza, but I am disappointed that there is no option to add chorizo under the Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) option.
