A little pricey, but the best jalepeño cheese bagel I have ever had. Ver good food and a very good Iced Vanilla Chai Latte.

The berry matcha was absolutely delicious! The strawberry flavor complemented the matcha perfectly without overpowering it. As for the hot honey toast, it’s always a hit – the combination of crispy bread, creamy avocado, and savory bacon with a hint of spice is just perfection. The store did an excellent job with my order. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Thanks for such a satisfying experience!

The Hot Vanilla Chai Latte came in a size small, not large like i ordered. The Iced Latte did not include the ordered Sea salt foam. Door dash gave a partial refund. The Cypress store lacks the attention to detail compared to the Orange location.
