Visiting Boulder from Seattle and was skeptical about sushi here...the Toro, Toro, Toro was the best roll I've had anywhere in recent memory.

Such a diamond find. Absolute premium taste and quality and saki selection in-store is rich. Best in Boulder by far.

I chose one of the MANY options for the The Crispery but apparently they were out (take it off the menu then) and replaced it with mochi. I hate mochi. i called a few times to ask for a refund (the The Crispery was almost $11 but their phones are off.

Small expensive proportions, Salmon Nigiri smelled and tasted funny like petroleum. Miso Soup was small and tasted ok.Tiny side White Rice and tiny Seaweed Salad. Tuna Jalapeño Avocado Roll was pathetically small with narrow slices. Shrimp Tempura Roll would be ok if it was bigger portion for the price. Meh.
