The picture is a lie, It's horrible, it's not fresh. I wanted flowers for my mom and I felt very disappointed. In the picture it looks big and beautiful and it is very small. It has less and different flowers also. Never buy from here again. I felt that they robbed me.

I ordered the Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Pink and the 17'' Happy Birthday (Floral) - Balloon for delivery as a gift to my friend. I didn't get what they showed on the picture! The Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Pink looks beautiful online with paper wrapping. All I got was 12 roses in those plastic bags they come in, I tried to add a comment for them not to add price tags or receipts but it just took my order and didn't let me edit. I felt so bad that they delivered that to my friend with price tags on and definitely not what they picture online! If I would have know it was NOT going to be as pictured I would have ordered from somewhere else.
