• DoorDash orderThe flowers were beautiful, however it was very disappointing not getting what was advertised, and what I ordered. Ralph's is advertising BOGO for $35 instead of $70. I only received 1 (very small) bouquet. My delivery rep didnt understand a word I was saying when asking him where's the other bouquet I ordered, but after many Google translate attempts, he told me "they gave me 1 bouquet, so I delivered 1 bouquet". Ralph's, do better please.

• DoorDash orderThe Bloom Haus™ 18 Plus Rose Bouquet - Red & Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Red are act pretty nice for the discounted price that I got; however, there might be a bit of a pro with the provided paper wrappers. Those were a nice touch, but a tad too big compared to the flowers. Even though the design was to help with easy carrying, but making it too big would cover the flowers bouquets in a bad way. I'm leaving a 3 in hope that the store can see the reviews and find another optimal solution regarding this.
