Horrible u dont get what you order , roses look cheap and they come w a cheaper price tag . Also the strawberrys look nothing like the picture And those come w a price tagand strawbeeys that just got thrown a plastic clear box , real messy

Ordered the Bloom haus 12 plus rose bouquet that was suppose to come w 12 "premium roses w other so called premium flowers and received basic orange roses thrown in a paper bag , basic basic basic .. shame on you ralphs for deceiving your customers . If you do order from them make sure to have whoever you're sending them to send u pics of what they received . Also the strawberrys were messy and packed sloppy

Flowers not as pictured. Def did not look like the pictures AT ALL. I was very disappointed. They look just like the ones you purchase for 10$ with the clear wrapper to arrange yourself! Wont be ordering again just pay a flower shop .
