The flowers and baloon were as ordered. Balloon was not exactly as pictured but similar. Didn't matter for the 3 year old though :-)

I ordered a different arrangement than the one I received. This one is simple roses while iordered one that had roses, white flowers, and leaves. Not to mention it also had a vase. When I filled a refund I only got $20 back from my $94 order. Very unsatisfied with how I wasnt informed of the change to the arrangement. I was also surprised when received a complete different balloon than the one I chose.
