Always great coffee, but legitimately the worst Almond Croissant I've ever had - very spongy and no frangipane

Our office loves this shop, but not a single thing is ever labeled and there is always a mistake. Additionally, there is no direct number to call the store to try and resolve this issue as it happens every single time.
