Their tacos are plentiful with any choice of meat. Burritos and quesadillas are huge and their tortillas are delicious. Their chips are delicious, too.

Very impressed, everything was delicious and fresh. Tacos were big and burritos were super good, we had the asada and adobada (added the special sauce). The French fries were really good too, crispy but soft on the inside! Well done Blue Burro, will be back!

Overall it was good but it was made with lettuce and tomatoes. Never had that before and didn't realize it came that way.
