They ran outif corn so they substituted it with Potato Salad and it's probably the one of the best if not the best Potato Salad ive had, everything was great. The sandwich was big, ribs falling off the bone, crispy okra,solid baked beans and the coleslaw was also there. 5/5

Was shorted on the amount of brisket given. Ordered a 1/2 pound and only got 5.8 ounces on each order. First time this has happened. The meat we did get was delicious and very lean.

I ordered a half a pound of ribs and I only got two, half a pound supposed to be three or four. my brisket was not chopped up as I requested.

Ribs were very disappointing and a half lb was literally only 3 ribs. Brisket Twisters were good but it was 4 dollars for two tiny ones.

Blue Ember has the best brisket I've had in a long time. Great quality food. Price is normal for this kind of Quality!
