Best -Beef Brisket ever and the service was great, actually got lean meat as requested. Plenty of food and this will be a repeat order! Thank you

Pulled pork was bland and dry. Brisket was moist, had good balance of fat to lean with nice smoke. Crackling were too big which made the fry uneven, leaving some of the meaty parts hard as a rock with fat undercooked on the inside. If pieces were cut in a smaller, more uniform dice, the texture and doneness would have been more consistent.
