• DoorDash orderthe EDAMAME CHARRED- SPICY (VG) might be best in town. actually charred and truly spicy, two things most edamame in austin are not

• DoorDash orderThis was my first order from Blue Sushi. I had the *GODZILLA BOMB and a CUCUMBER SUNOMONO (VG).
The fish was very fresh, and the roll was mildly spicy. The ingredients complemented each other well. The CUCUMBER SUNOMONO (VG) also was nicely marinated. I dont recall ordering it, but the salad came with salty tidbits of what I guess was fish. Taki. I can do without that, so I'll be sure to look before I order next time. The presentation was nice and the roll came with a good serving of ginger, which I liked.

• DoorDash orderOver the time quality has significantly decreased. Now in the rolls, they put tiny little pieces of fish more like 9:1 in the content, not half fish half imitation crab mix. The size of the roll has also shrank.
Three rolls I received today were basically garbage.

• DoorDash orderthe mango MANGO CRAB RANGOON had no filling whatsoever almost. it was all crispy wonton wrapper. the mango sweet n sour like sauce that they serve with it is incredible, so im sad there wasn't more cream cheese or crab. I'm sure if they would actually add filling it would be incredible.
