Bluestone Lane is an Australian-inspired coffee shop and café. Ever since they opened up in the Heights, it has become my go-to spot. The convenience of a private parking lot is a plus, but it does fill up quickly. Thankfully, street parking on Yale Street is usually available. The ambiance is welcoming, with plenty of tables inside and a large outdoor patio. Even when it gets busy, I've never had to wait long for a table. [SMOOTHIES] +Protein Mocha Smoothie (vanilla protein powder, cold brew coffee, blended with cocoa, cinnamon, almond milk, almond butter, and banana) for $10 - This is off their menu, but you can still order it in person! Weirdly, it still shows up on their online menu. Other locations of Bluestone Lane do not have this smoothie! I love this smoothie. - 5/5 [BREAKFAST] +Soft Chili Scramble with Avocado (chili shallot-folded eggs and avocado with sesame seeds topped with chili oil) for $15 - This is a small breakfast plate if you just want a small bite. I typically order this every time I go! - 5/5 While these are my go-to items, everything else on the menu is fantastic. Bluestone Lane isn't a fancy restaurant, but it prides itself on fresh ingredients and excellent coffee. The service is always great, making it an ideal spot for a quick meal or a relaxed brunch. Plus, it's kid-friendly; I often bring my baby along, stroller and all, without any issues. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I had the brekkie board, and it was delicious. I got it with bacon to top the toast. The yogurt with lemon curd and granola was amaze. I don't love yogurt but I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. I also got the toast bar because I've never tried Vegemite and I just had to give it a go. I didn't hate it, but I def didn't love it (the Vegemite, that is. The toast is great!). The latte was delicious. Portions were large. Everything that could be house made seems house made and it was all very fresh. 10/10 would recommend.

They were out of Plain Croissant and so gave me the choice to switch it out for another pastry. Not too many options available so I went for an almond croissant. It seemed a few days old. The Hot Milo was okay, the espresso shot tasted watered down. Maybe it's best to dine in at this establishment.

Food was really yummy. The potato wedges were crispy and the saucein the burrito made it so light and fresh. Just specify if you want your matcha sweetened
